Efficient forms of prayer(2).
Prayeing the scriptures. This is a very potent form of prayer where you quote directly the words of God (in the scriptures) and hold God to his promises. The
word of God is real and true! He could not have told

the truth in Genesis 1:1 and ended up lying in Rev. 22:21! If Genesis is true then Rev. is also true. God´s
nature is constant. He is constantly truthful among other things.(Malachi 3:6)´´For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed´´. His word is powerful and constant: (Jeremiah 23:29)´´Is not my word like as a fire? saith the LORD; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces?´´.
Prayeing in agrement. This is a potent way to pray. When we pray in agreement,we are forming a spiritual bond and God´s word agrees with this. There is amazing power in agreement. (Matthew 12:25)´´And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand:´´. (Deuteronomy 32:30)´´How should one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, except their Rock had sold them, and the LORD had shut them up?´´ (Matthew 18:20)´´For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them´´. The above scriptures tell us clearly that we are at advantage when we agree upon a prayer point with other brethren.
Prayer of Intercession. This form of prayer is one made for others,sometimes by the propting of the holy spirit or self motivated. Whichever way it is motivated,God sees and responds to it as though it were his motivation. Prayers of intercession are always persistient until signs of victory could be noticed in the spirit and sometimes in real manifestation. Intercession could be for other spirit-filled brethren,for unbelievers percieved to be in grave spiritual danger,for children in their sub-comscious ages and for people who are not disposed to pray as a result of emergency medical contions. (Jeremiah 27:18)´´But if they be prophets, and if the word of the LORD be with them, let them now make intercession to the LORD of hosts, that the vessels which are left in the house of the LORD, and in the house of the king of Judah, and at Jerusalem, go not to Babylon´´. Prophetic prayer. This is a prayer form wherebye you declare the things that are desirable into being simply relying on your faith and the power of God to make it come to pass. You can speak a prophetic word of prayer into your environment,your family,spouse,marriage,children and virtually everything else mainly supporting it with the word of God and believing it to come to pass and it shall be. In other words,contrary to many common beliefs,one does not neccesarily need to become Elijah in order to prophesy.
